I am going to win him in NO time. No sweat! Hahahaha. OK. Now, I am going to be serious. Help!!! I am going to FAIL my NAPFA Test!!! Wat should I do???
This are the 5 stations:
Sit-Ups- I can get A 吗? I can. Anyway, it is only 29. But due to the fall last monday where I had my butt fall on the small hedge near the door outside the class, I found out that now I could no longer do as much. at most, I tried, 19/20. What should I do?? OMG.
Standing Broad Jump- This station I can pass 就可以了. The problem is, I jump far, I fall backwards. WHY???
Shuttle Run- I have deproved by 3 secs. I dunno wat to do. REALLY. HELP! I damn lousy lor. Last year 11.9 sec. this year 14.? secs. forget it. My sports is lousy.
Incline Pull Ups- I can get A 吗? Last year can, but this year leh? I can only do 10 also because I 压到my hand DURNG THE FALL. Now I am putting as much oilment as I can so it will recover...
Sit and Reach- FAIL. Although they say girls should be GOOD at this, I disagree. Cos it is NOT FAIR. I cannot paas. OK, maybe can, but by a little only. A LITTLE.
2.4km RUN- Last year 1.6 I 9 minutes. Can pass. This year??? I dunno. Wat should I do? I ran before around the mental hospital, but can I really run again??? I dunno.
If I can get bronze, I tell you, I will be damn happy. REALLY. And I haven't even have the NAPFA test yet. NONE. I still have LOADS and LOADS of time because I am the last one, I tell myself, but in fact I don't. Forget it. NIL is enough??? T.T
